How to sell more properties on bidabing
1. Enter complete profile
2. Go to “my bidabing” and select all of your listings to be converted to bidabing listings.
3. Invite everyone you know and ask them to choose you as their registered bidabing agent in their profile.
4. Contact your sellers to obtain bidabing auction authorization for each of your listings.
5. Start your auctions from the my listings tab. Set an attractive start and reserve price. The system will notify all of your contacts.
6. Direct all callers to the auction and include it in your mls remarks as well as all of your marketing efforts. Remember that the more bidders you attract, the more likely your reserve will be met.
How to Buy on BidaBing
1. Click on Sign Up from the home page and indicate that you are a buyer.
2. Once inside, find the agent that referred you or your agent of choice. Buyers with registered agents have a more complete site experience.
3. The more you know about the area you are interested in the less properties you will have to review. To start your search, click on the property search tab. Searching by zip code, if you know your desired zip code, will save you a great deal of time.
4. Any auctions that match your criteria will appear first in the search results marked "on auction". BidaBing. Information or showing request for any property will go to your registered agent. If you dont have a registered agent, the listing agent will be notified. So, if you prefer to work with one agent, register under that agent before requesting showings or bidding.
5. Although auction terms may allow adequate time for financing, before bidding on any property, buyers must secure funding for the amount they will be bidding for. Not doing so may cause buyer unnessesary expense and is a violation of BidaBing terms.
6. Since most auctions are "AS-IS", it is the buyers responsibility to preview and inspect the property before the end of the auction unless the terms state otherwise.
